Help me get aero (position pic)

Should be alot to make fun of here. FWIW the bike’s a 54cm, I’m 5’9" and still have my 7 pounds of winter fat. That said, besides losing weight how can I get more aero? I can hold this position well and put out around 240w/hour.

Looks good to me. Under race-load you will gravitate towards the nose of the saddle which will open up you hip angle more. That should make it more comfortable and easier to breathe. Where on the rails is your saddle mounted?

oh lord your gonna get tore up for this one…

Figured as much, just finished running though and didn’t want to dirty up a jersey just for the public’s well being.

My saddle can be moved forward about a centimeter and back about half that.

Are you at Chuckie Cheese ?

I don’t know much about aero positioning but, looks good to me.

One more thing: Do you run a daycare out of your house? Good lord that is a lot of toys and you own a bounce house!!!

Don’t get me started. That used to be my basement. I don’t have a house anymore, I just sleep there.

You are doing one thing correctly I see you are using a torque wrench.

You should really move the Dora Talking Playhouse and the Dora Castle along with the dolls and swap it with the jump house. This way while you are watching ESPN you can still keep a watchful eye on all the bounce house activity ; )

First things first, I like the Oakley Radar Fire contact lenses you are using in the first pic. LAZER EYES RULE!
Secondly, Your position looks good, especially the helmet tip to back area, great fit to air flow.

Having mis-matched colors on the tires slows you significantly on a 40K. Clearly.

contacts? I thought everybodys eyes glowed red on the bike.

you’re too stretched out. Move your elbows back toward your torso, flatten out your base bar (it shouldn’t be angled along with your bars), don’t wear socks with try shoes and don’t use race wheels on a trainer…that is all for now.
