Ok so I dropped off the excercise map this winter and did not get back on it until the end of February. I rushed back into it trying to get ready for powerman AL and Bam. My son gets sick hanging out at a baby playgroup and then I do to. I got a 5.5 week build under my belt and then get sick, nice chest cold that kept me from doing anything for a week and a half. I felt well enough to ride the course this past Saturday, it was little cool and windy but I think it helped clean out the last of the goo. So here I am 6 days away and not sure what to do this week. I had built up to 4 runs and 4 bikes(all about an hr long) a week before getting sick. I was thinking about doing 2 easy runs(30-45min) Monday and Wednesday and 3 easy bikes(30-40 min) Tuesday, Thrusday and Saturday. I only have a few lingering symptoms mostly sinus and the cough is gone. Am I doing to much or not enough? This would roughly be 25-30% of where I was before I got sick. Should I be doing anything other than easy?
