Help.......I'm "In Between" Recovery Mixes!

What do you guys suggest for a post long, long, long workout recovery drink or meal while I wait on the next tub of recovery mix to come in? I use First Endurance Ultragen normally.

I’m thinking something to rehydrate and also give me some protein for recovery. A dollop of peanut butter in a glass of water? :slight_smile:

Chocolate milk.

You might want to go for cereal, and then a glass of milk a bit afterwards. Whatever it is, just stick with the same carb/fat/protein ratio that is in your recovery drink of choice, and keep it sugary (just like that recovery drink).
