Helmet or wheels

If you had 200.00 to spend on upgrades, would you rent race wheels or get an aero helmet?

You can’t afford race wheels on $200. So I’d agree Go with the helmet, and if there’s cash left, get a wheel cover for the rear, and then you’ve got both, a disc and an aero helmet.
