I have a set of HED3 that are pretty much brand new, I’m selling them as used cause I rode tem around the block. The front wheel is .014 and the rear is .025 from perfect truenes thats the # the HED wrote on them from factory; so you can say as far as carbon clinchers trispoke go they’re pretty true. as most everyone knows carbon trispoke never come perfectly true from factory, that’s an inherent issue with most carbon trispokes.
