HED Jet weight question

Are identical wheels actually heavier in 650 than in 700?
It seems contrary to the data of other wheels, so is this possibly an editorial mistake?

From the website:

Front Clincher 700… 755g
Front Clincher 650… 915g

Front Tubular 700… 800g
Front Tubular 650… 943g

Thanks,

Can’t directly answer it, other than to say my Jet 60s in 700c were roughly 1650 grams for the pair
.

Yeah, I think that is wrong.

I weighed my front Hed Jet 90 on my hanging digital scale as I do all bike parts and such (yeah, I’m anal) and it was 890g which is within the variance of their 915g claimed weight (although I though I saw 900). Mine is without decals for that nice, stealthy look so perhaps that explains a few grams

the 650c jets weight more bc of the rim used in the wheel build. Those weights are correct and not a typo.

Thanks Jason. I have been mentally building up my future dream bike (probably way in the future). If custom, it will be with 650’s, so I was looking at all possible options available in clincher. It would be either these, H3’s, or the 404’s. Those are the only ones I have found available in 650. Would like to go with a deep set preferably, and the price is right compared to the 404’s.

Thanks again,
