question for you, is the carbon on these (and all Hed Jet 60/90s) like a solid sidewall (like the Zipps) or does it feel more like a coating/cover over part of the spokes. I’ve felt some HED side walls, and you can kinda push them in, feels like a carbon cover. By looks in pictures I wasn’t expecting that.

It’s a carbon cover. You can pinch the cover and it gives in some, unlike the sidewall on the Zipps.
