I lost a binder post to my HED aerobar brake lever at IMLP. I emailed HED for a new part and it was in my mailbox 3 days later. GREAT customer service!

HED is an amazingly responsive company. Since the preponderance of their fabrication is done there they have control few other vendors enjoy. More importantly, they are fine and good people- and that counts for a lot.
