Having a few problems with my HRM. The last couple of runs I’ve been on, my HRM only goes up to around 50-60bpm. Normally I get up to 130-170 sort of thing. I’ve tried washing the strap, adding a bit of water to the strap before the run, made sure it’s not in % max HR showing but actually the bpm.
It just won’t budge from the 50-60bpm.
Anyone had this before? What’s the issue here?
