Sorry if I missed a thread on this, but I just noticed that the hearing panel that voided the vote on USAT’s Proposal #2 cited a slowtwtich.com thread as evidence that “USAT’s website posting created confusion as to what Proposal #2 said, and whether Proposal #2 existed at all.”

Yep. I printed it out and attached it to the Petition when I filed it. And… it was discussed during the oral argument.
