So as much as I like drinking water,I do get a little tired of it at times, and crave something with a little bit of taste to it.
The two things I ask is that it doesnt have any artificial sweetners in it,and has low to no sugar.
One of my favorites is green tea over ice, with a wedge of lemon and a little bit of honey in it.
Anyone have any favorites?
V-8 over ice. I’ll down 36 ozs or so of the low sodium variety every day.
Beer.
It is an electrolyte powerhouse, full of anti-oxidants, and way less sugar than anything with honey in it.
Just get something good like a Rogue Dead Guy, my current cold weather fav.

Which the alcohol destroys when your body processes it.
Alcohol dehydrates the liver negating any potential benefit of electrolyte supplementation.
-
Tap water with a twist of lemmon.
-
Beer - preferably a fine, local micro-brew
Fleck
dilute grapefruit juice. My favorite.
unsweetened soymilk
.
Sadly my fav’s. have the artificial sweetener in them “Crystal light”. I love the flavored waters as well by Aquafina but not sure if they have the sweeteners. Some non sugar faves. are Cold ice water with sliced cucumbers. Very refreshing. The usual lemon wedges are great but for a nice twist you can add a few fresh mint leaves.
Ultima and Refresh are both great for hot days when you’re craving more than water but it’s too late at night to want all the sugar. Ultima has stevia and Refresh has some sugar but way less that Gatorade.
100% cranberry juice from wholefoods or similar (No sugar in it). Dilute it 1/10 juice/water or so. A little bitter at first but you might get used to it.
Had Rogue Shakespear Stout today… good stuff!
Flat coke?
(ducks)
