Haven’t seen this posted this week yet. Im basically stuck at 180 this week. Hopefull I can get over the hump and into the 170’s. I’ve seen it a few times after my runs but not in my normal weigh-ins… yet. How did everyone elses week go?
Still stuck at 236. Put 2-3 lbs on after thanksgiving while sick for 4 days, then took it back off last week. Not making much progress, but not regressing and now back to normal. 20 lbs might be a stretch, but still hoping for at least another 6 to get to 15 by the end of the year. Good luck.

I’m back down to 159 this week. I lost the 2 lb that I gained during Thanksgiving. Happy to be back in the 150’s, but I’m hoping that I can stay there this time!
I’ve decided to make my year-end goal more realistic. I’ve changed it from 150 to 156. If I get there, then that will be a 10 lb weight loss since Labor Day which I think is a good start. I know I can’t reach 150 as of today, so there’s no reason to keep reaching for something unrealistic. If I buckle down, then 156 is reachable by year’s end.
aggg up one pound. Every time my wife’s family visit ( we have had 2 visits in 2 weeks) i struggle to keep my weight. They can eat like babies every 2 hours, obscenes amounts of food and not gain an ounce…

Stick with it, you got the triple-t and lp coming up this year so that extra 5 will def come and stay off if you eat reasonable! Nice job on getting under the 160 barrier again!
Thanks CQ. I’ll definitely keep up with the weight loss. I’ll probably set a new goal after 12/31/06. I just want to have a realistic goal for right now, so I don’t blow it in the next couple of weeks. I really want to get down to 145 (or maybe more?), but I have to do that little by little.
