Headset mounted steering lock.
Sorry Im looking for a part and that’s the only way I know how to explain it. I have seen it here but can’t seem to find it. I have a Specalized Transition. I have seen a few transitions that have damage to the lower “wings” at the tips from the fork turning into the wings and cracking the paint and or chipping the tips of the wing’s.
There is a headset lock that mounts into or on the headset that’s adjustable and stops the bars from being able to turn all the way on each side so you don’t dammage your bike. Do you know where I can an find this part?
The Fork has rubber bumpers on it already to try to prevent damage. Im not sure if the small rubber bumpers would stop the dammage if the bike fell over on accident.
