Gaustadtoppen, finish on Norseman Xtreme. Glad i did not have to run up yesterday.

7h 15min swim bike run saturday. 7h 50min bike sunday. Nice weekend. Hope it gets hotter in Kona))

Great pics, thanks.

I now feel better about our “cool” summer here in Switzerland (18-20 degrees only today)

Great pics. Good luck in Kona! Maybe we should switch places, I am sick of the heat here in Vegas (107 F today).

D

Nice pics. So cold already? wow…

No gloves on the bike??? Ouch

15 hour training weekend?? Ouch

Nice Training! Good Luck…you gotta be tough to train for IM’s in the cold weather.

You should be wearing 10 shirts when you run…that should get your some good Kona Heat!

Tempting…

…if you have a nice house, and hot girlfriend, it`s a deal;-)

Ok…you got me beat. It snowed here in the mountains last night, though. On sunday I was able to put in a long ride in nice 20°C. My long run this morning was 10°C and raining…

One of the challenges for us mountain people concerning IM Hawaii is to get to the start-line in good health and with enough miles in the legs regardless of the climate at home.

I have 4 more weeks and 1 day to go until I leave for Kona.

All the best for your training stay focused and strong.
