One of the better efforts in recent memory. They didn’t whitewash the Nina Kraft situation, but they didn’t hype it either. It had a nice beat and I could dance to it. Overall I give it a 87.

Saw way more age groupers at the finish line than I can remember. Best show I’ve seen. Liked that they listed the age group winners at the end. Anyone notice that Rutger Beke is not listed in 5th?

Maybe…Pea and I were in HNL Friday night to watch Football Boy #1 play in the State Tournament, we flew back to Kona this morning after walking by Diamond Head. Did you ride by us?
I spoke to you both. I was running on Diamond Head and met you there. I was the skinny old haole guy in black and yellow. Mark (Hairy Legs) says I look like a bumble bee. I have been called a lot worse!

Ah…didn’t recognize you without a hat on. I remember seeing you by the triangle park when I went to Starbucks for a newspaper and Peppermint Latte earlier, then 3 HOURS later when you passed by us walking. Must be in the peak of Honolulu Marathon training. Dude!

Yes, 23 miles yesterday. Isn’t life great! Next week I will be cutting way back but will be out there again (only about 2 hours though). I will be watching for you. Good luck at the footaball game.
