I am trying to get a hold of them for a replacement part and their website is dead and cannot find any info on how to reach them.
Anybody know anything?

are you sure their site is down? I was just there (www.spinergy.com) could have been a temporary thing or maybe you don’t have the flash plugin… Furthermore, all of their wheel listings have “2005 version” on them… the contact info is on the site:
service@spinergy.com
866-517-4501
I emailed them on April 4, got an automated reply and nothing more.
I’ve emailed them again hoping the first one just got lost in the ether.
Ya gotta stay on them. Spinergy is notoriously slow with responses.

Reason #1 to not buy their wheels.
I agree 100%. I owned a pair of Rev X years ago that had a 30mm hop on the rear wheel. Spinergy advised me that this was normal after waiting 6 months to respond. Low production standards is reason #2 not to buy their stuff.

30 mm? This is over an inch and a quarter out of round. A 30 mm hop would be totally unrideable. Are you sure you don’t mean a 3mm hop, which would bad, .118", or almost an eighth out, definitely enough to be noticeable when riding.
Um . . . 1 mm. Sorry. Still no grasp for metric. and I’m aslightly brain dead at the moment.
This is why it is worth spending the extra money for Zipps. They will email you back immediately, or you can call their toll-free number and talk to a live person, no computerized menu system or ever lasting hold.

I also agree. I have returned 2 sets under warranty of there SS tilium wheels which only had race use only. Unreliable and a poor product.
