After seeing a few threads on customer service in the past few months, I’m starting to wonder about something. Everyone seems to complain about getting the right service for their ‘hard earned money’.
Since I lurk on this site all day, post occasionally, and spend a lot of time accross the street at starbucks, one might assume I’m quite the slackass at work. If this is the case, my money could hardly be ‘hard earned.’
Should I expect/receive some lower level of service since my money is obtained without quite the blood sweat and tears of some of you? Maybe next time I buy some tires from the LBS, they should poke holes in them and kick me in the shins on the way out the door…
