Happy Thanksgiving, go F yourself!

There’s an intersection on my neighborhood that commuters frequent, and blow through with a tap on the brakes. I hate it. I get really upset at how people do this, especially since it is where a school bus picks kids up, and is the main intersection where people cross to get to a neighborhood playground and baseball field.

Driving home this afternoon I approach the intersection. Full stop. The ubiquitous white work van approaches to my left (so I’m on his right, fully stopped, with clear right of way). I’ll give him the generous credit of him tapping his brakes as I was there first, and he proceeds to blow through the intersection.

I give him the smallest tap of the horn. Just a “Hey dickwad, you ran that stop sign, and you were going 40mph at least as you approached it.”

No lie, he stops 3/4’s through the intersection, slaaaaaams his brakes, gets out, RUNS to the drivers side of my car and starts yelling obscenities.

I wanted to get out and tell this redneck hillbilly to go F himself, but instead just locked the car and ignored him. A lady I know in the neighborhood was at the intersection, throwing her hands up as he ran the stop sign, and berated him for yelling at me. I roll down the window after he leaves and give her the “WTF?” shoulder shrug and she gives me a “That guy was insane, happy Thanksgiving.”

So to all, I say, happy F’ing Thanksgiving!

obviously that driver was from wisconsin!

I highlighted the important parts for you. Good thing SHE was there. Happy Thanksgiving p*ssy!

Sorry I couldn’t resist

he’s just getting into the Christmas spirit early.

Any signage on the work van? A phole call to his boss would would be quite enjoyable.

I’m impressed with your restraint. As soon as he opened the door I would have been on him like white on rice. Verbally only, he would likely be bigger than I am. I’m crazy but not that crazy.

You stay classy, San Diego.

thats why i keep some pepper spray in my coat pocket and a dimarini baseball bat in the backseat to gain some respect from the crazies.

Agree, only to add that I would have then played over and over in my mind the next three days all the ways I totally would have kicked that guy’s ass!

A small tap on the horn can be very painful.

I have the same problem. I go to the bus stop 3 times every day for my kids and witness varying degrees of braking…some don’t even tap the brakes anymore. It’s a residential area with a speed limit of 40km/h. I’ve had a couple of verbal discussions as well as sign language but what I found has worked the best is just holding up my phone and pretending to video the cars…it’s actually quite comical that people will actually slam their brakes on in the middle of the intersection and pretend to be on their best behaviour when they see me.

What are you?? French?? Fucking pussy! Go to the cheese eating surrender monkey enjoy some foie gras with some baguette
instead of a good American turkey for thanksgiving. You’re a fucking disgrace. Send me your address, I’ll give you my passport.

There’s your problem. No one knows what 40km/h is
