Hello all,
Been away in Africa for a while - my father has cancer. It has been a tough couple of months, but it he is going to make it through with a couple of scars and a fresh outlook on life.
Managed some rides and a couple of ocean swims in 15 degrees celcius water. Running in the vineyards of the Constantia valley in Cape Town is going to be sorely missed, too.
It is good to back amongst the Peaceful Tribe.
The new time pedals rock!
