Happy Birthday Slowman!

if I lived in the southern hemisphere it would be on time since the big day is Monday. But since my Mondays are pretty crazy I figured I would offer up my birthday wishes a couple of hours early.
So you are what, 62 now?
Happy Birthday Dan!

hahaha slowman…Happy Birthday!!! make a wish!

Is there a birthday set???..10x400m at the track at 1.5x your age or is it 20x50m in the pool, leaving on your age…

Hey- Happy Birthday Dan, and thanks for the many (and continuing) contributions to the sport and our culture!

“So you are what, 62 now?”

72, and still able to whip your ass. i’d write more, but i’m off to do my birthday set. which will last 4 hours. then i’ll do my regularly scheduled workout.

Sounds like a perfect b-day. There are a lot of 20 year olds who can’t make it 4 minutes much less 4 hours

you’ll read the full extent of my embroidery later, when i fill in my training log. triathletes and runners can lie up a storm to each other, but one thing you don’t do is lie to your training log.

Happy birthday!!!

happy birthday!!! thanks for making slowtwitch

happy birthday dan. having reinvented both wetsuits and bikes for this sport, you seem well on your way towards reinventing its integration with and use of the net. congratulations. oh, and yes, its true, i’ve never lied to my training log. yet.

Going on 27! Congrats! Happy bday and many more

anyone can do one big day of training. it’s all a matter of whether or not you can get out of bed the next day. In his case you don’t have much choice, but instead of lacing up the shoes you’ll be buckling up the ski boots. Have fun in Mammoth.

You better hurry up and make your comeback Dan! Happy Birthday.
