Guppies: Week 4

You’ll find this weeks sessions here. These are a couple of days late. I apologize for that. I’m going to try to get these to you by the end of the prior week, so that you know what it is you’ll be looking forward to.

This week we’re going to up the yardage a little, and we’re going to start to add some different breathing patterns. I’m not a fan of hypoxic sets. Triathletes have enough hypoxia in their lives. I’m for the opposite. My view is, let’s get you more oxygen not less. My breathing pattern work is designed to with that aim in mind, along with some other technical help for your stroke.
