I have a Roland Cube 60 amp and am looking at either:

Pod X3 Live

Anyone use either of these? I have played around with both and am trying to figure out why they are the same price. The Pod X3 Live has a ton more effects plus lots of amp and cabinet sounds as well. You can also record with it and download other peoples tones into it.

I have two of these 2 / 3 models , great practice rigs . Plays great on headsets / low powered amps .

Looks like they have a nice Acoustic version as well. That would be handy since I play both quite a bit.

Just too many choices in the effects world!

Yeah , even a cheap electric sounds pretty nice in clean acoustic . Like most they have a cheesy rhythm selection and built in tuner . One effect " stadium " sounds like you’re playing an empty warehouse , subway tunnel , soft echos .
