It has a scratch on the inner surface of the drive-side chainstay.

The grain structure of the material within the weld near the head tube is out of align by 15.37257 degrees and will likely fail under 15253.3124N/M/S^2 blow to the upper edge of the inner race of the bottom bracket…

I believe it is a circa 1996 Fondreist from Cofidis.

There was a video shot of LA on this bike back in 96 or 97. He is on this bike in a trainer spinning. His head is completely bald and there are some disturbing dents in his noggin. I saw a snippet on his post TDF interview with Sherwin/Liggett and on the LAF website. Can anyone somehow post the video?
