What ever it is, I must disagree with your accessment that it tastes great. Anything with pickles is, by definition, nasty.
Show Pony wins on content and time. Big Mac sauce it is.

in a past life i used to lurrrrve the occasional big mac…haven’t had one for about 3 years though

I knew it had to be something fattening with oil the 1st ingredient and egg yolks the 4th. Not sure why people were guessing ketchup, mustards, & worcestershire as that stuff is fat free.

My thoughts exactly.
Too bad you gave up Big Macs, show pony, I’ve got about a dozen $5 mcdonald’s gift certificates from my office’s secret santa party that would have went your way. Now I’ll just have to poison my coworkers
McDonald’s was my grocery store during time in school and shortly thereafter. I haven’t eaten there in about a year, and still love the taste of a Big Mac.
