Groin strain & swimming

Sure enough, as I brake into a sprint for speed work, thar she blows…
I don’t think it’s bad though - can walk, although stiffly, can stretch it without horrible amounts of discomfort, am icing it as we speak, took ibuprofin. So my question is, will I be able to do my swim work out tomorrow? I don’t have a swim buoy handy, so I will have to kick. I’ve never had a strain here before, so this is uncharted territory. Guess I’m living up to my moniker. The “A” race is coming up in a month, so I’m in the heart of the training.
