We have a 5k/10k fun run once each month at the NTC and Kevin won the 10K tonight just beating Tim Johnson. Rain and windy conditions. Stellar field of just under 40 runners! Z

Thanks as always for a great event Tom Z. The Gatorade hat is awesome!..really! This was the best speed work I could of got I think. I ran a 34:20 10k which was pretty good for me I think. Maybe its better to just race everyday! …but who cares…how bout this Hat!

Course was on the Minneloa trail/ bike path…we have a new extension off the path that takes you to the NTC…its really nice. It was 3.1 out and back…Next race you in John?
Yeah I know that extension. Ran it in the Spring Fling in March. You’re right, it’s sweet for speed work.

I signed up for the Corporate 5K on May 5, but I’m afraid whatever remains of my ego will get trampled on by BriBri’s fleet feet (she CRUSHED me at St. A’s last weekend). Can you run it for me? I want you to breathe your garlic breath on her neck the whole time, then sprint past her in the last 10 yards like you’re running away from the police. It’d be sweet if you block her picture as well. Can you do that for me, good buddy?
You are mean, BottomFeeder. I have a good feeling that you will beat me at the corporate run - the only reason why I beat you at St. A’s is because you swim like a rock! (and that’s even if you subtract the 5 minutes for you missing your wave, heehee) I was doing a total death march in the run. I hate 10Ks.
