Anyone going to the Green Lake Tri outside of Minnieapolis this weekend? Anyone done it before, how is the course? Wetsuit or no wetsuit swim?

I’ve done the race quite a few times - a lot in the 80’s and early 90’s and last time in 2004. But I just looked at the course maps and things have changed quite a bit with the bike now going around the lake. Sounds cool.
Green Lake is pretty deep and can be cold. But it was nice in 2004 and I swam sans wetsuit. It’s probably nice this year with the weather we’ve been having.
Yes I’m doing it. I’ll have the black cervelo with pink tape. The lake is one of the cleanest ones in all of MN and the course is flat. I am only doing the sprint, and since the swim is so short I am going wetsuit less since I’m not that fast at taking it off. It’s supposed to be hot, so my gen rule for races is bring it along and if u decide to use it then u can…
