Anyways, I decided to email him and he emailed me back within 2 days and had found one pair of the shorts I had ordered and offered me a discount to what I originally paid on a pair of 2012 Desoto tri shorts. I turned those down, and he is overnighting me the shorts, and said if anyone else had a bad experience to shoot him an email and he will be glad to help out.
At least someone is trying to make it right.
