I have seen the threads and posts talking about good and bad service from your LBS or online stores. I have a great Local Triathlon Shop, but the service at All3sports.com was over the top. I recently bought a new race wheel from them with a Tufo S3 lite tubular and Shimano Ultegra cassette included!! This blew away any competitors offers and deals when you also consider free shipping of a wheel. However, I thought it was taking a long time to ship. I called them and I had given them an incorrectly spelled email address. The customer service rep. gave me a tracking number. I eagerly awaited my wheel.
The wheel came to my house with the cassette AND the Tufo tubular **ALREADY **installed. You talk about hot. I saved money and time. I usually do not rave a transaction such as this. But consider what I just told you and then think. Some shops charge a customer just to glue on a tubular. I got the whole setup, wheel, tubluar tire, and cassette, ready to go, brand spanking new, for the price of just the wheel - without tax. Damn!!
