Just wanted to put in a good word for The Cyclist’s Menu folks who run camps and tours primarily down in Patagonia, AZ. They do a really great job of curating routes and crafting dinners that appeal to all levels of riders and foodies.
I just got back from their “Training Grounds” camp and really enjoyed the camaraderie of the whole experience.
