I’ve actually never seen one. However, you cannot simulate the wind and therefore a comptrainer version of the course would be deceptively easy. The course is all about 2 things – the first BIG climb and the 11 miles up “Baghdad Road” into the wind. Everything else is just rollers.
There is a feature on computrainer courses to simulate wind (more resistance), most courses do not include it, but the Kona course I’ve ridden does, and that wind is brutal (20 mph). In the CRS format, there are three columns, Distance, Grade and Wind. Obviously, this feature has limitations, but it effectively just reads what the headwind is in mph or km/h depending on the file setting.
