Maybe we would have a better understanding of him. After all, that is what a lot of employers ask to see before they will even interview you.

Honesty, I think Last Tri in 83 was making a joke that you apparently didn’t get because you somehow were the only one that hadn’t heard O’s 57 state gaffe.
But more seriously, you need to learn some things about Obama. First, he was never a professor of law at the University of Chicago. He was a senior lecturer. A minor point to some. Unless you were just a senior lecturer who wanted to be a professor but apparently couldn’t make the grade.
More importantly, he has a radical view /interpretation of the US Constitution that is not shared by many constitutional law professors or anyone that ever sat on the US Supreme Court.

In law school we would occasionally get someone like Obama to lecture us. They were usually guest lecturers or at the school for a semester or two. They had worked out very cogent arguments and were so sure of themselves that it was easy to believe that they were on to something when really all they were were just BS artists.
So, the joke I afraid is not on me, but on all of us.
Oh, and when we were applying for our jobs after law school every firm asked for copies of our transcripts. Biden, Bush, Gore, McCain, Clinton, etc. all released theirs . Wonder why Obama refused to do so? Not even just a simple list of the classes he took.
