Can’t get on the God Damn site yet again. I need the Week 6 Primary workout in 10 minutes. Can someone send it to me???

10x(150 on 1:50, 50 on :50).

warm up with 1000 yds including the usual drills…then 9 x 50 (3 x (3 x 50)) d/s, build, and fast, then

300yd of pain train…time trial

then 400 ez kick and swim

Ahhhhh week 6. That one is a joy. The first of the 300 yard time trials to set down a benchmark time. But only after a 1500 yard “warmup”. Which means you are kinda knackered by the time you do the time trial. Clearly my fitness is lacking…
