Can anybody advise me of a good Bike shop in Houston? I will be there on a buss trip in about 2 weeks and would like to spend some time in a bike shop with a good selection of tri equipment (I live out of the country). I am particularly interested in Aero helmets (Spiuk?), maybe some Hed tri spoke race wheels (depending on price?) and a few other things that I might run across (bike clothing, etc…). Txs!
Jana Landry, who posts here on ST as Jana, owns a great shop called Tri On The Run. You may want to pm her for more information on what brands she carries, etc, but it’s a wonderful store and everyone is super-friendly!

I’ll put a + comment for Bike sport. I got some equipment there on my last two trips to Houston and found the service, knowledge and attitude to be very good.

Being a tri specific shop, we have the largest tri selection in Houston, but if we don’t have what you are looking for we can help you find the shop that does.
AND if you want to volunteer at the all womens race on Sunday, we can always use more help or just come out to watch.
