I wanted to post to commend Blue Seventy on terrific customer service. I raced in a little local sprint this weekend in which my wetsuit zipper broke. I called Blue Seventy on Monday, they told me they’d take care of the problem and ship me a new suit. Since I’m traveling to Boston / NH this weekend, they agreed to overnight it back to me so I would have it in time for my flight. I sent them the suit on Tuesday, they received and shipped a new suit to me on Wednesday and I received it this morning. They took care of my problems with no questions asked and went out of their way to accommodate my unique needs as I’ll be traveling for a week or so.
