I just came out of back surgery and trying to get back into things. I’ve had 2 softride beams fail on me and can’t afford other beam bikes right now. I’m looking to build op a bike with a shock absorbing seat post. The only problem is they are round. I’m looking for a frame that has aero tubing but a round seat post. I like a long top tube. I ride a 56 in most bikes and like at least a 55 top tube even then I tend to run a 120 stem. I’m ticked that I sold my specialized sworks m4 just before my injury. Outside of that and maybe a cervwlo soloist, what frame options on a budget are there.
Thanks
Felt S32 is an aluminum frame with a round seat post.
Thanks I forgot about the s32
.
What about an older kestrel talon, or maybe the newer ones can be retrofitted with an older clamp that accepted a round post.
