Good customer service at PowerCranks

Say what you like about the training effects of PowerCranks, but Frank Day’s customer service is first rate. PowerCranks are obviously more complicated than a regular crankarm and when you increase the complexity of a system, there are going to be more places for breakdown.

However, on the occasions over the past year when I have had problems with my cranks, Frank has resolved the issue and sent back the necessary part within one or two days of when he received it. To the dedicated PowerCranker, this means that his or her $700 investment is not going to be sitting around useless for weeks at a time.
