Ditto on that. Their injury prevention section is user-friendly. I do some yoga (sun salutations and hatha poses) and mix it up with some of their runner-specific stretches and leg strengthening exercises every morning when I wake up. As a weak-kneed newcomer to triathlon, I’m learning that running is hardest of all on my body, so it is the area I work hardest on to prevent injuries. And it’s all in video format and easy to follow.
