Good climbing wheel set?

I’m not sure whereabouts you live (and how flat it is), but eyeballing the bike elevation for that course… I wouldn’t call it uber-hilly. 2660’ over 56 miles is moderate, but nothing I’d be concerned about needing climbing wheels for.
If you’re concerned about the steeper sections (which look fairly short on the map), then you’ll be better served with an easy gear ratio. Think about running a compact crank or a rear cassette with a larger range (e.g. 11-28).

Not that your Bontragers are heavy wheels, but if you want a set of shiny climbing wheels anyway… well, then… here are a couple of lightweight alloy clinchers that won’t break the bank (and shouldn’t break under you): Mavic R-sys SL (1295g), or Rolf Prima Elan Alpha (1335g).
If you have more money to spend then you can buy lighter, but the money would be better spent on a cassette (for the short term) and a trainer (for the longer term) IMO.

The previous poster made a good point too… extra aero benefits will likely win over lightweight wheels on this course.
