So we’re standing outside the race center in Fredericia on thursday and a couple of Canadians pass by and one of them says the word “Sergio”… we call them up and one of the guys asks Sergio “Are you smartasscoach???” LOL… I just told Sergio “See, I keep telling you I’m more famous than you!” :-p
Anyway, this gathering of Slowtwitchers had to be imortalized in picture… LOL…
PS - I saw one of you guys walking on the run, send $1000 (10000000 canadian) to my PayPal account and I won’t divulge which one of you it is Also if you happen to ride a Trek, send me some email, I have a picture of you.
my dad has pictures of me walking on the run…and i’m sure that he has NO objections to showing the world that i blew up…that and i’ve spent almost all my money this week in both denmark and now stockholm…so i don’t have randsom money
great picture though, i will have to download it when i get back to canada.
as for the race…i need to get a decent race report written, it will not however be done at a public terminal in the middle of the stockholm train station, so you might have to wait a week.
anyway…love the pic, i hope sergio had a wicked race, i was not feeling well @ all during the awards dinner, and left a little early. as for andrew, he smoked the race, and is much more than ready for IMC in 3 weeks.
They do look very smart, much nicer than the usual T shirts or sweatshirts one sees around. Did you get a good contract secured for your athletes to wear them?
I’m sure it needs some work, especially if I want to hang with the truly fast guys…
Andrew
You’re plenty fast as it is.
Mike
I’ll say. I never actually see him ride. He drops me in the swim. In fact, when he swims in the lane beside me at the Y, his relaxed warmup is faster than my racepace.
Whatever you all do, don’t “fix” his bike position or I’ll never get anywhere near him in a race.
This is a lesson on why you should never post pictures on the internet. I’m pretty sure that I dated Mr. AJK ages ago when we both lived in K-W. It appears as though he’s gone from ju-jitsu to triathlon. Who knew?
Yikes. I think that it’s time to turn off the internet connection and step away from the computer.
Well J-banana, it appears you’re right. Have you switched sports too? And in my defense, I didn’t post the picture… The triathlon community is just waaay too small in a sense, a topic we discussed during our trip in Denmark.
That only leaves one last slowtitch identity puzzler for me to figure out today.
