I love Giro Zero gloves - very light and no padding. But I don’t think they make them anymore.

I love my Pearl Izumi Gel Vent gloves, not sure if they’re what you’d consider “low padding” though:

Seconded. The rather unique padding design in the middle of the palm really helps alleviate the slight numbness I get from more traditional padding. They are also incredibly minimal. I just bought a second pair for a bike trip. These are now my go to gloves.
