Give me five minutes with this bastard

And I will make him regret the day he was born

Texas judge is being investigated over a shocking web video that appears to show him using a belt to whip his then 16-year-old daughter, who has cerebral palsy.
Police in Rockport, Texas, called in the Texas Rangers, the state’s top lawmen, to investigate Aransas County Court-at-Law Judge William Adams, after people complained about the video, The Associated Press reported.
The video, uploaded to YouTube on Oct. 27 by a person who claimed to be Adams’ daughter, Hillary, shows a man berating and savagely beating a teenage girl with a belt. The man hits her in the legs and sides of her body.

This worthless turd needs to have his ass dragged out of his house and beat to within an inch of his life and then repeat the proces for about a week.

Unbelievably sickening.

Saw this video from a different source - disturbing.

My vote: “Let me tell you what now. I’ma call a coupla hard, pipe-hittin’ niggers, who’ll go to work on the homes here with a pair of pliers and a blow torch. You hear me talkin’, hillbilly boy? I ain’t through with you by a damn sight. I’ma get medieval on your ass.”

So now we’re against children getting disciplined?

That upset my stomach to watch.

I got the belt one time from the old man because I didn’t come home on time for supper.

After that, I always came home on time.

Guys relax he’s explained everything:

When confronted by a reporter for local KRIS-TV, the judge said: "It happened years ago. I apologized.”

“It’s not as bad as it looks on tape,” he added.

You do realize that your shtick is getting really, really old - don’t you?

You realize that it’s not against the law to discipline your child like the judge did in almost every State in the country, don’t you? I wouldn’t do it, you may not do it, but it’s the law that you can. So are you for respecting the laws, individual rights, and the child rearing that parents chose in America or not? Which is it?

BTW, there is some Islamic family if Iran talking about how brutally our Christian society treats our children. And they would be right in knowing that it is legal. Little do they know about all the homeless, starving, abused, and drug out kids in America, or else Islam would think we are a bunch of backwards ass ignorants still stuck in 0 BC.

Pulp, awesome!!!

When does something go from being ‘discipline’ to being an outright assault?

Glad that in New Zealand they got rid of the ‘right’ to physically ‘discipline’ children.

You may want to give up the law degree.

I’m not saying it’s right or shouldn’t be criminal, but it is not criminal. There is a reason that Texas judge is not going to jail, and half the people in the State of Texas and probably thinking about how that is the way they raised their kids.

As expected you are 100% correct on every point.

I had a hard time watching this. My father did much worse to me - had it happened today I am sure child protective services would have stepped in - I showed up at school looking like a rape victim on the worst occasion - and nothing happened only one classmate asked what happened. But it was the 70s and considered acceptable.

And in family counseling when I was about this girl’s age my father said: ‘that was so long ago, haven’t you forgotten about it yet’?

I am doing my best to move forward but when things like this surface the pain resonates all over again.

My parents did a lot of good things, and they are of course now much older, but this never goes away.

But that legacy stopped with me. My children have never been beaten, and never will be.

My mother was severly abused both mentally and physically and she has very rarely ( maybe 5 times in my life) laid a hand on me and when she did I deserved it. Of course she never had to because I was an angel

Your fathers comments turned my stomach as much as the video. Some people are really sad human beings.

I got the belt on probably a monthly basis. At much younger than 16.

I’m just surprised that he didn’t say something about how he didn’t want to do it but she made him, though he said something similar in the tape.

It became very obvious very quickly when I did case intake at the city prosecutor’s office that domestic violence abusers are all very similar. Always minimizing what happened, the other person is really at fault, “I said I was sorry”, never going after anyone that can actually fight back, etc. It is like they have a playbook that they are all working from.

I’m generally against violence but there really ought to be a different justice system for these guys that involves lots of rubber hoses and shit.

I have a 16 year old daughter. this morning I told her to do something, and was very specific about it - 3 times. She still did something else. I was angry but couldn’t imagine beating her because of it. When she was younger she received a few spankings, but never any beatings. Never with a belt or anything other than my hand. Can’t imagine any man I would have respect for who beat his 16 year old daughter. For that matter, no 16 year old should be spanked. If you must resort to spanking/beating at age 16 you’ve lost the battle and might as well give up.

I felt the sting of a belt when I was young, a few times out of anger. I can’t remember when my parents resorted to other forms of discipline, but it was way before I turned 16.

I think parenting was a lot different back in the 1960’s when i got the belt. My parents would probably call the police if I used the sort of discipline that they used. I agree on the futility of spanking 16 year olds. Impounding their cell-phones is way more effective.
