Giro Prolight SLX Sizing Question

Thinking to order a pair of these online, wonder if anyone has these and other shoes that overlap with known sizing and could help increase the chance of me getting it right first try?

I am 46.5 in Shimano R315, 46 in Carnac TRS9, and 11.5 in Asics Kayanos/DS Trainers (I like snug fit on running shoes, big toe touching front of toe box).

They run slightly SMALL in my experience. I have cycling shoes from 42, 42.5 and 43 (Sidi Ergo 2s). I’d rec 0.5 larger than your Shimano. Front of the shoe very stiff, the rest has that Tejin microfiber stuff that molds nicely with use. Great shoes and stupid light!
