not online I know, but with directv you can add the sports package for just a month for 12.95 and get it all on universal sports.

I would assume so. If you live near the border, you may get some Canadian Channels like SportsNet in your cable package - that’s a guess.
Dish has the same thing. I get Universal and Bein sports so I get all the cycling races and international triathlons…
Last year I bought an online package to watch the Giro on universal sports, but it doesn’t look like it is being offered this year. 
Bein sports will be the only coverage in the US. They will supposedly broadcast every stage live, hopefully some replays will be thrown in!!
I was very happy to discover I have this channel last week on Fios. Its only in HD. What’s even better its a simulcast of the live Sky/Eurosport feed. We also get to watch the commentators from those channels. It was great to hear Sean Kelly last week in the tour of Romandie. Eurosport has the best commentators, I wonder who will be in for the Giro.
While at work I will be using Steephill to get the Eurosport Internet feed.
Now lets hope Bein Sports will also get shared rights in the US for the Tour De France, I will take Sean Kelly & David Harmon over the NBC commentators any day!
