Interesting note that Stu O’Grady is riding a fixed gear for this dead straight, dead flat 1.15k prologue. Beautiful sight with the promenade all lit up at night. Kind of funny to see the team cars following behind as they come out of the blocks and being turned off by the polizei a mere 900 metres later!
