Giant TCR vs Giant TT frame

Anyone had experience with sizing on these frames?

I am riding a TCR medium, but thinking of changing to the TT carbon frame. Using at 9cm stem on the TCR to get an OK aero position.

Should I go for medium on the TT to?

I am 176cm high

I have raced on a medium TT carbon since March 05 from sprint distance - olympic -1/2 & ironman distance. I am 184 cm / 6 " great bike you will love it.

I about the same size as you and I ride a medium TCR composite road bike and a small carbon TT. It seems to fit pretty darn good. I did not have a chance to check out a medium in the TT.
