Does anyone know if the course currently listed on the GFT website is the course they will be using for the 2004 race? I am looking to make a Computrainer Course as well as get a profile but I want to make sure before I go thru the process.
Ken - e-mail Fred Sommer at fred@triflorida.com and ask him about the course. I think he will be using the same course as last year, but with road construction in Central Florida, you never know. Has it started snowing in Michigan allready - got the CompuTrainer out? Better come down to Florida! Z

I ride the Computrainer year around buddy. I HAVE A JOB:) It is the only way to get in 2-3 hour rides before work ya know! I dont train after work EVER, that is family time.
Ken - I’m with you buddy - I ride mine CompuTrainer at night after the kids go to bed. People always get on me for not riding outside in Florida. It’s great with the Olympics on TV- 3 hours of riding each night! Of course it is nice to go out swimming at lunch time each day in the NTC pool! Z
