Is it just me, or is this sticky stuff a bit hard to get rid of? I’ve been marinating the chain in degreaser for a couple of hours and it still hasn’t come off.
Any thoughts? I really just want to have prolink on there.

Clean it with prolink…it will come right off.
Just ride the bike. The factory grease will last for a few rides. It will eventually wear off and you can use regular chain lube.
