I have no affiliation with GAG in Chicago, nor have I been in the shop since I left Chicago five years ago…
I just want to say that their customer service, which I always thought was incredible when I lived there, is till second-to-none. They fit me on my second tri bike in 2004, and three bikes later, I haven’t been able to match that fit. I called them this morning in hopes that they still had my fit numbers, and 60 seconds later those numbers were in my inbox. They even offered to check the fit free of charge the next time I’m in Chi-town.
Kevin et al., you guys rock. I’m happy to see the shop and fit business has grown. These guys truly deserve it.
