I posted a month ago about some convictions I had about my purchase of a cervelo p3 and you guys responded with some good advise but gerard also chimed in and privately emailed me and helped me with my sizing and bike fit. This company is amazing and Im glad that I can associate myself with such a customer friendly group. Gerard took the time out from his busy schedule to lend an ear and help me correct and alleviate some problems I was having, what other bike company or any other company for that matter would do such a thing and help a regular guy much less get a response from el heffe himself. This speaks volumes in my book and Im a cervelo guy for life,
